Stand O’ Food 3 and Streetfood Tycoon: World Tour are both foodie, pseudo-travel, Time Management style games. Stand O’ Food 3 is the newest re-creation from G5 Entertainment. Both of the two previous editions (Stand O’ Food 1 and 2) were also food based time management games, but #3 is by far the best released yet. Stand O’ Food 3 is free to download and play, but for $1.99 you can unlock all the additional paid features. Streetfood Tycooon: World Tour is completely free game from Kuyi Mobile and has more travel aspects than its competitor Stand O’ Food 3.
In Stand O’ Food 3, you play as a restaurant manager named Ronnie and you need to choose what kind of restaurant you want to open up in Hollywood. This game is more about strategy than it is speed. You must order the ingredients correctly to provide the customer what they want. Different levels have different types of food being created in various restaurant types. Meals are initially very simple but they get more complex and you can increase sales by adding various sauces.
In Streetfood Tycoon: World Tour, you start out by choosing what continent you want to open up your street food cart. Your choices include Europe (easy), USA (medium), and Asia (hardest). The food you create is based on where you set up your cart. The challenging aspect of this game is the amount of choices you have. In the very start of the game you must choose how you are going to get your initial money because you need to pay for the cart, local permits, rent, and more. You have several options like raiding your piggy bank or getting a loan.
In both games, the entire idea is to correctly make food orders and get it to the customer quickly – but accurately. The main differences are that, ironically, you are at an actual food stand in Streetfood Tycoon: World Tour, but you operate out of different restaurants when playing Stand O’ Food 3. As for graphics: Both games have somewhat impressive art and Streetfood Tycoon: World Tour even adds in cameos from famous people like Larry King, Brittney Spears, and President Obama.
Sound effects can be annoying in most android games, but both of these games have more than adequate backround music and options to only play sound effects or music and sound effects, or just music. In Streetfood Tycoon: World Tour, you cannot alternate the view to landscape, which can get frustrating to hold your device in portrait mode the entire time. There is a lot of dragging of food orders to customers, which can get difficult on a small screen especially. Both games have minigames or challenges inside that can increase revenue.

While they have their similarities, both games have different styles and you could play both without getting bored. If you prefer to have multiple store options and more technical orders, then Stand O’ Food 3 would be best for you. If you want simpler gameplay and just some fast paced time management with prettily drawn graphics, then Streetfood Tycoon: World Tour will be your best bet.
